 Paintings by Pat Adams

Picture
Pat's love for painting began at a very young age when her mother gave her an oil paint set.  From there she continued to paint on her own and then took lessons in her teen years.  Pat loves all kinds of painting, including, watercolor, acrylic, oil and murals.  Her favorite subjects to paint are still life portraits, and she is especially fond of floral arrangements.  Pat currently serves as the vice president of the Lawrence County Art Commission and specializes in custom art work.  She also teaches children art classes.

Pottery by Mona Pedersen

Picture
Mona grew up in Lawrence County and loves being back home after living in Virginia for 20 years.  She learned how to make pottery in Virginia, and learned how much she loves working with her hands.  Currently, Mona is a massage therapist working with her hands in living clay. She finds that what she learns as a potter makes her a better massage therapist and vice-versa.  Her best learning comes from her ability to relax and let go; the Creator is in charge of what happens.

Stephanie Bonee, Artist

Picture
Stephanie has been living in Lawrence county from an early age; she has been painting for public for 15 years.  She started painting ornaments and then a few ornaments turned into 100 ornaments, and then ornaments turned into canvases and much, much more.  She now paints for several personal clients and and the local community.  Several elementary schools have graciously allowed her to paint inside classrooms and hallways; the students love watching the paint coloring the walls and enjoy the finished product. Stephanie thoroughly enjoys painting and there are few days that go by that there is not a paint brush in her hand.

Natasha Nashadka, Artist

Picture
I was born and raised in the west and still feel a deep connection to the wide open spaces and mountains of Colorado, but now find the beautiful city of Huntsville, AL my home.  I am learning to appreciate the wonderful uniqueness of the Southeast. I have always enjoyed art, but never thought of it as anything more than a hobby, even though I kept coming back to it again and again.  I received my degree in Visual Communications, essentially commercial art.  Only recently have I been working on oil painting as my main focus and I have found a special joy in capturing people with my paint brush.

Victoria Garner, Artist

Picture
Victoria Garner is a graduate of Brigham Young University, UT with an associate's degree in interior design and a graduate of County College of Morris, NJ with an associate's degree of fine arts in visual arts. She spent eighteen years working in the financial industry and several years as an interior designer. Vicki moved to Alabama from New Jersey in 2006 to be closer to family and to enjoy the warm southern weather. She recently moved to Leoma, Tennessee where her studio is located in her home out in the country.
